  • The CMPU Ambassador Programme is a pilot initiative to build a vibrant community of union members who believe in supporting their fellow worker. Ambassadors serve as union advocates within their workplaces and sectors. They actively promote CMPU’s mission, values, and cross-industry activities.

  • Any CMPU member who is passionate about supporting their fellow worker, community building, and industry engagement is welcome to apply.

  • CMPU Ambassadors stand alongside their fellow workers—lending them a listening ear, providing workplace guidance, and connecting them to the resources and support CMPU offers. Ambassadors can also initiate and organise engagement activities to actively build bridges between members and the union.

  • Selected ambassadors who demonstrate both passion and commitment will receive orientation, education on the relevant labour legislations, and methods of engaging. You will also have opportunities to co-lead activities for union members.
